The Vendor

The highlight of the day was interactive science experiments by a local vendor (Stem Lab MN, Instagram- @thestemlabmn), who kept the kids mesmerized with hands-on experiments. The little scientists were enthralled by bubbling reactions, glowing liquids, and fizzy explosions that brought science to life. Aaira stole the show in her adorable science-themed outfit, complete with a tiny lab coat and goggles, as she eagerly joined in the fun.

Schedule and food

Food is obviously the most important thing at any party. Here is how our schedule and food was divided:

Schedule

Invite Time: 10:30am

As guests arrived, we had a variety of snacks and beverages for them. We served coffee & baked goods as it was a morning party but you can easily skip this and add other snacks like cold pasta etc. based on your party time.

Snacks:

– Baked Goods (Croissants, Chocolate Croissants, Cheese & Jelly Danish)- Whole Food
– Mixed Fruits (Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries & Grapes)

Beverages:

– Black Coffee with Creamer and Condiments – Caribou

Lunch:

We placed an order for a selection of pizzas from Pizza Lucé, scheduling the delivery for 11:45am to ensure they stayed hot for everyone to enjoy. Pizza is always a crowd-pleaser at kids’ birthday parties, and we opted for gourmet pizzas to delight the adults. Additionally, we brought along red crushed pepper (chili flakes) and oregano to enhance the flavors.

Outfits play a significant role in making a birthday party even more special. Aaira looked adorable in her beautiful space-themed gown, which earned her plenty of compliments, especially for her adorable astronomy-inspired bow. To complement the party’s color theme, Shaleen and I opted for black and gold outfits
