The short version. Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, we may earn a small commission. It costs you nothing extra — the price is the same as it would be if you had gone to the shop directly.

What an affiliate link is

When we recommend a product, we often link to the shop that sells it. Some of those links are tracked, so if you buy, the retailer pays us a percentage of the sale. That commission is what pays for this site — the hosting, the photography, the time spent testing things and writing them up.

Who we have relationships with

  • Amazon. Couture & Beyond is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.
  • LTK (rewardStyle). Many of our product links go through LTK, which pays a commission on sales made through creator links.
  • Individual retailer and brand programmes, including Walmart, Wayfair, Target and others, either directly or through affiliate networks.
  • Travel booking partners, for flights and accommodation.

Gifted items and paid partnerships

Occasionally a brand sends us a product at no cost, or pays us to create content. Where that has happened, it is stated in the post itself — that kind of relationship is always disclosed on the page you are reading, not just here.

What this does not change

We only link to things we would buy ourselves. A commission does not buy a recommendation, and no brand gets to approve or edit what we write about their product. If something is not good, we either say so or we do not cover it.

Prices and availability change constantly. Anything we quote was accurate when we wrote it; check the retailer for the current price before you buy.

Purchases are made with the retailer, not with us

When you click through and buy, the sale is between you and that retailer. We never see your payment details and cannot access your order. Their returns policy applies. See our Refund and Returns Policy for what we can and cannot help with.
