Agreeing to these terms
By visiting this website, subscribing to our updates, leaving a comment, contacting us or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
These terms work alongside our Privacy Policy, our Affiliate Disclosure and our Refund & Returns Policy. Together they form the whole agreement between us.
The site is intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and you must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction in order to place an order.

coutureandbeyond.com is operated by Desi Digital LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Georgia, United States. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Desi Digital LLC, and “you” means the person using the site.
Using the site
You may read, share and link to our content freely. You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage or overload it
- Attempt to gain access to any part of the site, server or account you are not authorised to reach
- Scrape, harvest or systematically copy the site’s content, or use automated tools to extract it in bulk
- Republish our writing or images as your own, or reuse them commercially without written permission
- Introduce malware, or interfere with anyone else’s use of the site
- Impersonate us, or imply we endorse you when we do not
We may suspend or withdraw access to the site, or remove any submission, without notice where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.
Our content
Unless stated otherwise, the writing, photography, layout and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may quote a short extract with clear attribution and a link back to the original page. You may not reproduce a whole post, republish our photographs, or use our material to train a model or build a competing publication without our written permission.
Trademarks, logos and brand names belonging to retailers and other companies remain the property of their respective owners. They appear here to identify those companies, and their appearance does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by them.
Prices, availability and product details change constantly and are outside our control. We describe things as accurately as we can at the time of writing, but we cannot guarantee that any price, specification or availability mentioned on this site is current. Always check on the retailer’s own page before you buy.
Anything you post
If you leave a comment, complete a form or otherwise send us material, you keep ownership of it. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, store and reproduce it in connection with the site.
You confirm that anything you send is yours to send, that it is accurate as far as you know, and that it is not unlawful, defamatory, hateful, obscene, infringing or spam.
We moderate submissions and may edit or remove anything at our discretion. We are not obliged to publish or keep anything you send.

Our opinions are our own. A commission does not buy a positive write-up, and we say so on the page when a product was gifted or a collaboration was paid for.

We are not the seller, we do not handle your payment, we cannot see your order, and we cannot resolve a dispute on your behalf. Buying from the shop
Some products are sold by us directly through the shop on this site. This section applies to those orders only.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept your order and send confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is mispriced, unavailable, or where we suspect fraud — and if we do, we refund you in full.
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any taxes or duties unless stated at checkout. You are responsible for any import duties or customs charges on deliveries outside the United States.
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We do not receive or store your full card details. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you supply.
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Digital downloads
Digital products are licensed to you, not sold. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the file for your own purposes.
You may not resell, redistribute or share a digital file, or claim it as your own work. Where a licence permits commercial use, that will be stated on the product page.
Download links may expire. If yours does before you have retrieved the file, contact us and we will reissue it.
Physical items
Our physical products are made to order and printed individually for each customer. Nothing is held in stock.
Because each item is produced for you, please check the size guide on the product page before ordering. Colours can vary slightly between screens and printed material.
Refunds and returns
Refunds, replacements and returns are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary, and without replacing what that page says: we refund or replace digital files that never arrived or will not work, and physical items that arrive damaged, misprinted or wrong; we cannot accept returns of made-to-order items for change of mind or the wrong size chosen. Time limits apply. Please read the full policy.
Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights you have that cannot be excluded.
Other people’s websites
This site links to retailers, platforms and other websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their products, their accuracy, their availability or their privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement, and following one is at your own risk.
No warranties
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the information on it is complete, current or accurate.
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or anything you read on it.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the site or an order is limited to the amount you paid us for the item that gave rise to the claim, or twenty-five US dollars, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages. Where that applies to you, some of the above may not apply, and our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Desi Digital LLC and its officers and contractors from any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or anything you submit to us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. A delay in enforcing any part of these terms is not a waiver of it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms. The terms in force when you place an order are the ones that apply to that order.
